In 2009, We taught Dr. Ingrid Castaneda, a lady dentist and Pentecostal Preacher and her two young lady dental assistants, with her son the English to Spanish interpreter, Six-Year Molar Focus Prevention and ART in Guatemala City. Before our teachings this lady dentist founded eleven churches in eleven villages and did needed extractions on people in each of the villages.

Having learned and practiced ART Dr. Castaneda and her dental assistants were ready to revisit the eleven churches and do ART as needed on the children, before she and her two dental assistants establish new churches and oral health care for the villages with extractions, ART sealants and restorations and new Christian services in villages.

Dr. Ingrid Castaneda, also took us to the oldest cemetery in Guatemala City, to peer way down and far across the deepest of a ravine to see several thousand people, the size of ants, working through the city dump for their daily bread. Later the same day Dr. Castaneda took us to a large two story building on another edge of the trash dump, to a day care center, where some 80 to 100, fresh bathed, nice clean matching uniforms children from the trash dump were well cared for and give an education for a chance to outgrow their environment.

One year later a Teethsavers friend took more ART filling material and supplies to Dr. Ingrid Castaneda and her dual mission saving souls and teeth.
